Leadership Training & Team Facilitation
Turn Purpose Into Impact
SteadeSolutions, LLC designs and delivers interactive training and team facilitation experiences that help public health professionals, supervisors, managers, and mission-driven teams strengthen leadership, trust, communication, collaboration, and performance.
Whether through a structured workshop or a facilitated team session, the goal is the same: to help people reflect, engage, learn from one another, and move toward purposeful action.
North Star Leadership
This course is interactive and designed to engage participants in exploring how they define leadership, and the leadership values, attributes, and commitments that shape how they want to lead.
Participants will identify what they value as a leader; describe different types of leadership styles; and develop a personal vision statement on leadership.
Creating Trust Environments
This course is interactive and designed to engage participants in exploring models of shared leadership and the role of trust in team dynamics.
Participants will explore similarities and differences in group versus team mindsets; identify the 13 behaviors of high trust leaders; and be prepared to adopt one to three new behaviors.
Cultivating Highly Effective Teams
This course is interactive and designed to build on the first two courses. It can be modified to include elements of the prior two courses if booked as a standalone course.
Participants will explore similarities and differences when leading from formal, titled positions versus informal, positions of influence; describe core strategies leaders can use to improve productivity; and develop practical strategies for strengthening team performance and shared leadership.
Team Facilitation
Team facilitation creates space for groups to pause, reflect, align, and move forward together. I facilitate retreats, planning sessions, workforce conversations, leadership development discussions, and team engagement experiences that help groups clarify priorities, strengthen trust, surface challenges, and identify practical next steps.
This work is especially useful for teams navigating transition, growth, change, burnout, communication challenges, or a need to reconnect around shared purpose and performance.
Facilitation may support:
-
leadership retreats
-
team development sessions
-
workforce engagement conversations
-
strategic planning or priority-setting sessions
-
trust building and communication discussions
-
reflection and learning sessions after major initiatives
-
action planning for leadership or workforce improvement
What Participants can Expect
My facilitation approach is human-first, structured, and action-oriented. I create space for honest reflection, practical dialogue, shared learning, and movement toward clear next steps.
