SteadeSolutions LLC provides leadership and team engagement training to support supervisors and managers in crafting their leadership vision statements, creating trust environments for performance management and mentorship, and cultivating highly effective teams. The leadership visioning and trust environments training courses can also be delivered to anyone interested in leadership development.

Leaders serve both formally and informally in every organization (e.g., government, business, nonprofits, and networks). Defining what makes a leader and the different styles and approaches to leadership help us to examine the type of leader we are and the roles we play as a member of a successful and highly effective team.
North Star Leadership
This course is interactive and designed to engage participants in exploring how they define leadership, and which leadership attributes and values are important to them.

Participants will identify what they value as a leader; describe different types of leadership styles; and develop a personal vision statement on leadership.
Creating Trust Environments
This course is interactive and designed to engage participants in exploring models of shared leadership and the role of trust in team dynamics.

Participants will explore similarities and differences in group versus team mindsets; identify the 13 behaviors of high trust leaders; and be prepared to adopt one to three new behaviors.
Cultivating Highly Effective Teams
This course is interactive and designed to build on the first two courses. It can be modified to include elements of the prior two courses if booked as a standalone course.

Participants will explore similarities and differences when leading from formal, titled positions versus informal, positions of influence; describe core strategies leaders can use to improve productivity; and develop a strategic vision for their leadership.
