Coaching is a partnership that the coach and client enter together. The coach will bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in and commitment to the client's success. The client is motivated and committed to taking action on their determined professional and personal goals. The client accepts full responsibility for themselves, any actions they take that might result from coaching, and their success.

How long the coaching relationship lasts and how often the coach and client meet is decided together at the time the coaching agreement is established. A coaching agreement can be renewed or modified. New coaching agreements can be created after breaks in service.

The first coaching session may last a full hour to establish the coaching relationship. Remaining sessions for individuals are 30 minutes in duration. For corporate clients, remaining sessions are 45 minutes in duration.

All session allow 30 minutes for coaching inclusive of time to review actions taken between sessions, plan for after session actions. Periodically some of the time is used to provide room to discuss how coaching is going for the client. The first session may last up to an hour to establish the coaching relationship. All coaching packages include emails, texts, and calls under 10 minutes between sessions for quick celebrations or questions.

The coach and client will typically meet 1-4 times a month. The frequency is agreed upon by the coach and client during the first session when the coaching agreement is reviewed. Single sessions outside of the selected package can be added upon request of the client at an additional cost.

The costs can be discussed during the initial coaching conversation. Typically a package of 3-sessions is $350. Packages of 6- to 12- sessions are discounted. Single sessions can only be purchased as add-ons to a package and cost $125.
